A really easy pretty appetizer that is perfect for vegans vegetarians gluten free and healthy eating these are like little mouth explosions .this American Canadian cuisine. I am giving it Indian touch.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 avacado
  2. 2 medium size cucumber
  3. 1 hand full kale leaves
  4. 1/2 cup hung curd
  5. 1hand full coriander leaves
  6. 1 green chilli
  7. half tea spoon lemon juice
  8. Half teaspoon Cumin Powder
  9. Half teaspoon red chilli powder
  10. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
  11. salt as per taste


  1. At the avocado Kale leaves card lime juice coriander leaves Chilli salt in a food processor or Blender blend until is not stopping to describe the sites as needed
  2. Use potato peeler to cut long thin strip from the cucumber take a cucumber strip and spread a thing quote of the avocado curd mixture along the length of the cucumber make sure to get some avocado all the way to the end so it will stick the whole together roll it up no toothpicks needed do the same with the rest of your cucumber strips Sprinkle with a little paper red chilli powder human powder and serve immediately
  3. Cucumber and curd is watery and softencs so serve quickly
