This is a basic recipe of making thick curd at home.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1/2 liter Milk (boiled and bring to luke warm)
  2. 1 tablespoon Yogurt
  3. 1 green Chilly with stalks


  1. Take 1 liter raw milk, bring it to boil by stirring for 5 minutes and bring it to Luke warm state.
  2. put it in a bowl or container, mix one spoon of pre prepared yogurt in it and mix it properly.
  3. Add one green chilly with its stalk its must, cover it and keep it in any warm place for 5-6 hours.
  4. Now check it and take it out you will get thick yogurt.
  5. Keep it in refrigerator for an hour take it out and cut it with spoon and you will get beautiful tight Yogurt.
