ABOUT Eggless Chocolate Mousse served in Chocolate Flower Tub RECIPE

This is not regular flower tub,they are made with chocolate. Though they look like your everyday garden pots,right?But take a closer look,nope that's not dirt you see,it is chocolate soil,made with crushed oreo bischuitsl.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Ingredients for chocolate flower tub and chocolate soil
  2. Dark chocolate -1 cup (broken into pieces )
  3. Disposable plastic small glass-2 (if you have big glass,then cut from top)
  4. Oreo biscuit-1small pack
  5. Butter-1 teaspon
  6. Ingredients for eggless chocolate mousse
  7. Dark chocolate -1cup (broken into pieces )
  8. Butter-2tablespoon
  9. Whipped cream -1 cup

Instructions

  1. Method of making Chocolate flower tub and chocolate soil
  2. Put the broken chocolate in a heatproof bowl,set over a pan of simmering water and leave to melt.Do not let the water touch the bottom of the upper pan.Only let the water simmer.Stir until completely melted. Remove from heat and leave to cool for 5 minutes otherwise the glasses will be melted if the chocolate is too warm.
  3. Fill each glass with melted chocolate and set aside for 1 minute
  4. Turn the glasses and remove excess chocolate into the bowl.
  5. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or till set.In the mean time,make eggless chocolate mousse
  6. Method of eggless chocolate mousse
  7. Melt chocolate mixed with butter as above mentioned process
  8. Divide the whipped cream into 3 portions
  9. Now add first portion with melted chocolate and fold it.
  10. Then add second part of whipped cream with melted chocolate and fold it.
  11. Now lastly add remain whipped cream and fold it .You will notice very light and airy texture, do it slowly and gently.
  12. Final preparations
  13. After 30 minutes remove chocolate filled plastic glasses from refrigerator, slightly cut little on top ,pull out the plastic and demould the chocolate glasses.Place them on a serving plate.
  14. Fill each chocolate tub with mousse
  15. Place oreo biscuit in a zip lock bag,crush with rolling pin.Transfer these crushed oreo biscuits into a bowl and mix with 1 teaspoon butter.Spread this crumbled biscuit on the layer of mousse.Place all the glasses on a plate and keep in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  16. Put a mint sprig into each chocolate pot and serve
