Spicy Corn Aloo

Ingredients to make Spicy Corn Aloo

  • Baby potatoes – ½ kg Boiled and peeled
  • Corn kernels – ½ cup (canned or boiled)
  • ginger garlic paste – ½ teaspoon
  • salt – to taste
  • red chilli powder – 1 and half teaspoon
  • turmeric powder – ¼ teaspoon
  • cumin powder – 1 teaspoon
  • coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
  • lemon juice – 2 tablespoons
  • coriander leaves – for garnish
  • oil – As required

How to make Spicy Corn Aloo

  1. Heat about 1 tablespoon oil in a wok or pan. Add in the ginger garlic paste, baby potatoes and all the dry ingredients. Sauté over medium high flame. Add the lemon juice and a tablespoon of water and keep sautéing for a couple of minutes. A
