Ingredients Serving: 7

  1. Peal mango make as fine pulp 1 kg
  2. 1/2 kg jaggery
  3. Pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Take mango mangoes wash it
  2. Peal the skin make pieces keep in much jar
  3. This mango pulp add jaggery put cadai keep mix on flame
  4. Keep stirring it on medium flame
  5. It becomes thick and leaves the cadai mango papad batter
  6. Add salt keep mix as well turn off keep a side for chill
  7. Take thick plastic cover pour
  8. Expose on sunrise on papad covers
  9. It must keep in 24 hours
  10. Take out mango papad
  11. Arrange one by one layer
  12. Cut pieces like cubes
  13. Ready to serve mange cubes
