Easy Icecream with fresh coconut Pulp

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Tender Coconut Pulp - 1 cup
  2. Tender coconut water - half cup
  3. Thick Coconut milk - 1/2 cup
  4. condensed milk - 1 cup
  5. Whipping Cream - 1 cup
  6. chopped Roasted Peanuts- to garnish

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the tender coconut Pulp
  2. Except Ground nuts ,Add all the ingredients in a wide bowl and beat it with a electric beater for 5 mins
  3. once it’s thick , cover it and freeze it for 5-6 hrs
  4. Garnish it with Chopped roasted Ground nuts and serve chill
