Easy no bake mango chessecake for the mango lovers

Mango yogurt cheesecake

Ingredients to make Mango yogurt cheesecake

  • 300ml heavy cream
  • 300gm greek yogurt/ hung curd
  • 1big ripe mango
  • Digestive biscuit(15-20) crumbs
  • 3sachet vanilla sugar
  • Powdered sugar as per your taste
  • 4tb sp melted butter
  • Giletin sheet 4ps
  • Lady finger cookies for decoration

How to make Mango yogurt cheesecake

  1. Combine biscuit crumbs, butter and vanilla sugar , then place this into the mould .
  2. Place ladyfinger cookies around the edge of the mould.
  3. In a bowl mix yogurt and powdered sugar(as per your taste).
  4. Puree the mango.
  5. Soak giletin sheets into ice water for sometime then microwave for 30sec.
  6. In a chilled bowl pour the chilled cream and whip until it becomes thick. Add yogurt and mix well.
  7. Divide the cream-yogurt mixture into 2parts.
  8. Add mango puree with a part of the cream-yogurt mixture
  9. Add giletin with both parts of the mixture.
  10. Pour the white miXture into the prepared tin, then pour the other part, let it set in the fridge for 4-5hour
