Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 chicken breast
  2. For Marination-
  3. 1 tsp oil
  4. 1 -2 tsp hung curd
  5. 1/4 tsp garam masala
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1/2 black pepper powder
  8. Pinch of lal mirch
  9. For sandwich-
  10. Bread slices
  11. Mayonnaise
  12. Butter
  13. Lettuce leaf (optional)


  1. Preheat the air fryer at 180 C for 8 minutes. ( you can also grill it in pan if you don't have air fryer)
  2. Take chicken breast and add all the marination ingredients in it.
  3. Marinate the chicken for 1/2 hour.
  4. Put marinated chicken breast in air fryer at 180 C for 5-6 minutes and then turn the side and cook for another 7 minutes.
  5. Take out chicken breast and into small pieces.
  6. Add mayonnaise, oregano and black pepper.
  7. Take sandwich bread put lettuce leaf and put chicken mixture.
  8. Put another bread to cover it.
  9. Apply butter and grill it in electric griller.
  10. Serve hot with green chutney.
