Ingredients to make Maggie fritters

  • One small pack of maggie,
  • salt a pinch
  • red chilli Powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • semolina (suji) 1/2 cup
  • capsicum finely diced in very small cubes
  • onion 1 finely chopped
  • Mixed herbs 1-2 pinch

How to make Maggie fritters

  1. Cook maggie with its tastemaker for two minutes.
  2. Add semolina in it . And let it cool for a while.
  3. Add all the veggies and spices. Mix well with spatula. Do not mash.
  4. Grease your palms and take small portion with a fork, and make balls out of it.
  5. Deep fry the fritters, And serve hot sprinkle mixed herbs , enjoy this cheese dip , ketchup, chilli garlic dip or dip of your choice.

You can add grated cheese, more veggies as peryour taste.
