We all know maggie, and we are eating it since decades, everyone has their own maggie recipe. Some cook it with veggies , some enjoy this in tangy tomato puree. Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. One small pack of maggie,
  2. Salt a pinch
  3. Red Chilli Powder 1/2 teaspoon
  4. Semolina (suji) 1/2 cup
  5. Capsicum finely diced in very small cubes
  6. Onion 1 finely chopped
  7. Mixed herbs 1-2 pinch

Instructions

  1. Cook maggie with its tastemaker for two minutes.
  2. Add semolina in it . And let it cool for a while.
  3. Add all the veggies and spices. Mix well with spatula. Do not mash.
  4. Grease your palms and take small portion with a fork, and make balls out of it.
  5. Deep fry the fritters, And serve hot sprinkle mixed herbs , enjoy this cheese dip , ketchup, chilli garlic dip or dip of your choice.
