ABOUT Mango loaf cake RECIPE

This cake is very easy to make. You can pack it for your kid's tiffin also.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. mango puree- 1/2 cup
  2. mango - 1 medium (peeled, diced)
  3. Maida- 1, 1/2 cup
  4. Butter - 1/2 cup
  5. Castor sugar - 1/2 cup
  6. Eggs - 2
  7. Vanilla essences - 1 teaspoon
  8. Baking powder- 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. preheat oven to 180℃. Grease a loaf tin with some butter and dust with some flour.
  2. cream together butter and sugar till light and fluffy, add eggs and Beat well, then add vanilla essence and mango puree and Beat well.
  3. sift in flour, baking powder and diced mangoes and fold well.
  4. Pour the better in the greased tin and bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
  5. remove from heat. Cool, demold and slice.
  6. yummy cake is now ready to serve.
