Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. For firni full cream milk 1-1/2ltr
  2. Sugar as per taste
  3. Mango pulp one bowl
  4. Eliachi( cardamon) powder 1tsp
  5. Basmati rice one bowl
  6. Almonds 15-20 optional
  7. For chocolate mould compound chocolate half packet..
  8. Butter itsp
  9. Water.. Melting chocolate..
  10. Oil tongrease mould
  11. Saffron strings optional
  12. Pista for garnishing

Instructions

  1. In a heavy bottom kdhai boil milk.. And wash and soak basmati rice for half hour.. Then dairn the water from rice and grind it in mixer..when milk get boil add rice in it and cook till the rice get soften and milk got thicken.. Stir it timely
  2. When rice cooke properly add sugar and cardamon powder and chopped almond in it and cook for few min ..u can add few saffron strings in it while cooking its optional..now switch of the gas and ket it cool.. When it came to room temp add mango pulp in it and mix well.. And cool it in refridgerater
  3. Now for making chocolate moulds.. In another pan add water and let it boil.. Tae a strainer over it melt the chocolate with double boiler method.. Add one tsp butter in chocolate and stir it till the chocolate melts completely
  4. Grease the muffin molde and pour melted chocolate in it and cover the mould with chocolate
  5. Now keep the moulds in fridge to set... For one hour
  6. When chocolate mould set keep it our of fridge and demout it for serving firni in it
  7. Pour chilled mango firni in it and serve chill..garnish with some pista..
