Chocochip Eggless Cookie

Ingredients to make Chocochip Eggless Cookie

  • maida - Refined Flour 1 1/2 Cup + 1/4 for dusting.
  • Icing/Castor sugar 1/2 Cup
  • salt 1 teaspoon
  • Vanila Essence 1 teaspoon
  • Melted butter 1/2 Cup
  • Baking powder 1 teaspoon
  • Milk 1/2 cup

How to make Chocochip Eggless Cookie

  1. In a bowl, mix melted butter and Sugar well for 2 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, mix maida , salt and bakimg powder.
  3. Add Vanilla essence to the melted butter bowl and add all the dry ingredients to it. Mix Well. Add milk as required. You might need the whole quantity or a little less.
  4. Cover this mixture and keep it in refrigerator for 15-20mins.
  5. While mixture is in refrigerator, preheat the oven for 10mins at 180°C .
  6. Take out the mixture and then place it on the table. Use dry flour for dusting purposes.
  7. Add chocochips to the mixture. Make small round dough balls and press them to flatten. Decorate them with more chocochips as desired.
  8. Place them into the oven at 180°C for 10minutes (I use airfryer) . Keep a check for them to become golden brown. You can pull the temperature down to 160°C for last 3minutes.
