About KALAKAND AND MALAI STUFFED MANGO Recipe

Once Summer starts , we all to have something chilling . So I made my fussion Kalakand Malai stuff frozen mango .

KALAKAND AND MALAI STUFFED MANGO

Ingredients to make KALAKAND AND MALAI STUFFED MANGO

  • Evaporate milk - 2 cups
  • Condensed milk - 1/2 cup
  • whipped cream - 1 cup
  • lemon leaf - 5 numbers
  • Khoya - 1/2 cup
  • Chopped dry fruits - 4 tablespoons

How to make KALAKAND AND MALAI STUFFED MANGO

  1. Cut a thin slice on the extreme edges of the mango .
  2. Use a knife and insert it into the mango and go around the seed so it becomes loose enough .
  3. Carefully pull it out and keep aside .
  4. Heat milk in a pan and when milk start boiling add condensed milk and stir well .
  5. When milk turn on thicken add khoya and stir constantly .
  6. Now add the chopped dry fruits , lemon leaf and cream mix well and switch off the flame .
  7. Now pour the mixture into the hollow space within the mango .
  8. Close the open space of the mango with the mango piece itself and put it in the mould .
  9. Freeze it for 2 hours .
  10. Now slice the mango and garnish with chopped pistachio and badam .
  11. Enjoy straight away .

My Tip:

Instead of lemon leaf use vanilla extract or any types of flavours .
