Ingredients to make Mango custard in Vermicilli basket

  • Sewayiayn roasted 1 cup
  • Condensed milk 2 tablespoon
  • Vanilla custard 2 teaspoon
  • mango puree 2 tablespoon
  • Condensed milk 2 tablespoon
  • Milk 1/2 litre
  • kesar 2 strands
  • elaichi powder 1/4 teaspoon

How to make Mango custard in Vermicilli basket

  1. First make vermicilli cup .Take a bowl add roasted sewaiyan and 2 tablespoon condensed milk. Mix it well. Make a shape of cup and keep it in fridge for 15-20 minutes
  2. For custard Take a pan add milk and custard slurry keep boiling till thick. Now add kesar,elaichi powder,condensed milk mix it well.cool it down
  3. Now add mango puree mix it well.
  4. Now take out the cup add custard and top up it with roasted kaju and pista.Serve chill.
