Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 3 eggs
  2. 1/2tsp lemon juice
  3. 21/2 cup flour
  4. 1 pinch salt
  5. 2tbsp semolina
  6. 9/16 cup sugar
  7. Oil / ghee for deep frying
  8. 5 cup water
  9. 1 tbsp starch

Instructions

  1. For the dough- Take a bowl, add flour , semolina, salt ,eggs , water and knead well.
  2. Keep it aside for half an hour.
  3. For sugar syrup , boil sugar and water until thick . Add lemon juice after it cool downs. Keep aside .
  4. Now take the dough in a desired shaped piping bag and drop it into hot oil . Let it cook well and it should turn golden brown.
  5. Now add those fried tulumba in sugar syrup for about half an hour.
  6. Garnish with fresh pistachio .
