Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. two big green chillies
  2. 1 cup gram flour
  3. salt as per taste
  4. half tsp ajwain
  5. oil for deep fry

Instructions

  1. cut the green chillies vertically into 4 pieces.
  2. In a bowl add gram flour, salt ajwain,water and make a smooth better.
  3. heat oil in a pan.
  4. dip the green chillies in the better and deep fry till golden brown.
  5. serve hot.
