Raw mango with chopped garlic black salt and crushed black pepper with a combination of cheese and onion- a chatpata and tasty snak with a special tea is a perfect combination for this monsoon evening .

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Onion 2 big size
  2. Cheese slice 4
  3. Greted raw mango 2 table spoon
  4. Black salt 1/4 teaspoon
  5. Crushed Black Pepper 1/4 teaspoon
  6. Chopped green cilli 1 teaspoon
  7. Chopped garlic 1 teaspoon
  8. For batter: Besan 2 table spoon
  9. Rice flour 2 teaspoon
  10. Corn flour 2 teaspoon
  11. maida 2 teaspoon
  12. Salt as required

Instructions

  1. Mix greted mango chopped garlic , black pepper, black salt
  2. Green cilli mix well
  3. Cut cheese slices like strips
  4. Place the mango mix
  5. Wrap it
  6. Cut onion rings
  7. Insert the cheese mango wrap in between 2 onion rings
  8. Like this
  9. Make all rings similarly
  10. Freez it for about 30 minutes
  11. After 30 minutes mix Besan, Maida, corn flour and rice flour with slightly crushed black pepper and salt as required
  12. Make the batter
  13. Deep the onion rings
  14. Deep fry in hot oil
  15. Drain excess oil and serve hot with tea/ coffee
