ABOUT Maggi wrapped chicken fritters RECIPE

Chicken is wrapped in Maggi, than fried!!!

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Marinate chicken
  2. Boneless chicken flatten strips 250 gm
  3. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  4. Red chilly flakes 1 tsp
  5. Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  6. Roasted cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  7. Garam Masala powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Red colour pinch
  10. For noodles
  11. Boiled Maggi 1 small bowl
  12. Red chilly flakes 1/2 tsp
  13. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken with all marinade.
  2. Keep refrigerated for 30 minutes.
  3. Season noodles with some chilly flakes.
  4. Now take chicken pieces and wrap Maggi noodles over it.
  5. Fry in hot oil till crisp.
  6. Serve with ketchup.
