ABOUT Roasted Nuts Laddu RECIPE

Sugarless laddu in which honey and olive oil is added. It is healthy and nutritious.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Almonds 50 gms
  2. Pistachios 50 gms
  3. Cashews 50 gms
  4. Walnuts 50 gms
  5. Raisins 50 gms
  6. Olive oil 2 tbsp
  7. Honey 2 tbsp
  8. Cardamom pwder 10 pods

Instructions

  1. Roast all the nuts in a microwave for 4-5 minutes.
  2. Raisin for only 30 seconds.
  3. Break all the nuts with a pastry roller.
  4. Break cardamom pods and make fine powder.
  5. Mix all the nuts in a bowl and add olive oil.
  6. Pour honey and mix it well, grease the hands for making laddus.
  7. Keep them in an airtight container and enjoy with tea or coffee any time.
