This is indian sweet made from pneer.. Pneer coated with sugar

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Pneer 250gms
  2. Sugar one bowl (250 gm)
  3. Water 1bowl
  4. Rose water 1tsp
  5. Cardemon powder 1tsp

Instructions

  1. Gey ready all indgridients and Chop pneer in small cubes
  2. Now in a heavy bottom. Kdhai add 1cup sugar and half cup water and ket it boil till the sugar dissolve.. Cook it for 2-3min more.. And check a drop of sugar syrup pouring in a bowl..when it comes to a sticky and become one string then add pneer in it
  3. Afyer adding pneer keep stir in between and mix gently so that the sugar syrup cover it ..now low the falme of gas and add cardemon powder in it.. Keep stiring continusaly..
  4. Now sugar syrup get thick and getting dry.. Switch of the flame and get the kdhai on kichen slab and mix the cubes in sugar syrap till it get dry and coat all the cubes and now mix one tsp of rose water in it
  5. Chena muraki is ready to serve
