    Wholegrain Veggie Pizza (Yeast Free)

    Ingredients to make Wholegrain Veggie Pizza (Yeast Free)

    • 2 1/2 cups Whole Grain flour (Unbleached)
    • 2 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
    • 1 tsp baking soda
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 Cup water
    • 1 Red bell pepper chopped
    • 1 Yellow Bell pepper Chopped
    • 1 Green Bell pepper Chopped
    • 2 potatoes Boiled and cut lengthwise
    • 3 Florets of Broccoli cut into small pieces
    • 6 mushrooms chopped lengthwise
    • 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese (Increase or decrease as per your requirement)
    • 6 tbsp Pizza Sauce
    • 4 tsp Sriracha Sauce
    • salt to taste

    How to make Wholegrain Veggie Pizza (Yeast Free)

    1. In a large bowl, sieve the flour, baking soda and baking powder. Mix well. Add olive oil and salt to the flour mix. Gradually add water and mix until the dough starts to come together.
    2. Knead until you get a soft dough. Cover it with a clean kitchen towel and let it rest for 10 minutes.
    3. After 10 minutes, place the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and divide into 6 equal parts. Preheat the oven to 200 degree centigrade for 10 minutes.
    4. Roll a ball of dough in circular shape with a rolling pin. When the circle has reached the desired size, place it in a greased pizza pan.
    5. Mix the pizza sauce and sriracha sauce in a bowl. Spread the sauce on the pizza base. Top it with all the vegetables and cheese.
    6. Bake for 15 to 10 minutes, in a preheated oven, until the crust is crisp and golden at the edges and cheese is melted on the top. Serve hot.
