Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. egg 4
  2. oil
  3. Onion 1
  4. Garlic clove 8
  5. Ginger 2 pieces
  6. Cumin 1 spoon
  7. Coriander 1 spoon
  8. Salt as per ur taste
  9. Turmeric 1/2 spoon
  10. Red chilli powder 1 spoon
  11. Garam masala 1 spoon
  12. Green chilli 1
  13. Bay leaf 1

Instructions

  1. Boil an egg and peel it . Put onion,garlic, ginger and water in a cooker and wait for 1 whistle. Put a pan on a flame and roast cumin and coriander. After roasting put boiled onion, ginger, garlic, roasted cumin and coriander in a blender and blend it in smooth paste. Take a pan and heat it on a flame. Add oil in a pan and put peeled eggs in it and fry it until it become brown. Then add blended masala, salt, turmeric, chilli and fry it until masala leave oil. Then add egg and garam masala in it and mix it for 4 minute. After that add water in it and boil it for 10 minute on low flame. Garnish it with green chilli and green coriander and serve it.
