Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Grated tender coconut cup
  2. Cooked rice 1
  3. For gatta ::
  4. 1/2 cup besin
  5. 1/2 tsp salt,chili powder
  6. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder,
  7. Daniya powder 1/2
  8. Daniya seeds 1/4
  9. Chopped coriander half cup
  10. Pinch Hing
  11. Oil as need
  12. For gatta rice,::
  13. 1 tsp ground nuts
  14. 1 tsp chana seeds
  15. Mustard seeds 1/2
  16. Jera 1/2 seeds
  17. Cherry 2 for garnish
  18. Curry leaves half cup
  19. 3Green chili slices
  20. 2 red chili

Instructions

  1. Take all ingrediente in a bowl
  2. Add oil 1tsp,, then add curd mix well by use water
  3. Make soft doe, make as doe without lumps
  4. Take a doe ....keep doe role on Take into a plate
  5. Mean while heat the bowl pour water boil for gatta
  6. Add little oil,cook well it comes double size
  7. Take out strain water cut slices keep a sides
  8. For gatta rice preparation::
  9. Heat pan add oil
  10. Put taraka on oil when it's splits add ground nuts,chana dol then chili slices,curry leaves on it
  11. Once season ing fried add cooked gatta on it add salt
  12. Close lid it binds to gatta,a dd red chilli
  13. Then add rice on it
  14. Mix well finally add coriander turn off
  15. Serve with coconut nut Shell's
  16. Garnish with cherry ready to serve
