Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Lamb keema 2 cups
  2. Onion one teaspoon
  3. Coconut paste 2 teaspoon
  4. Coconut milk four teaspoon
  5. ginger garlic one teaspoon
  6. Garlic minced one teaspoon
  7. Green chillies 1/2 tablespoon
  8. garam masala one teaspoon
  9. Cumin powder roasted one teaspoon
  10. redChili powder one teaspoon
  11. Turmeric powder ½ teaspoon
  12. Mustardpowder two teaspoon
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Rice flour
  15. Cilantro one teaspoon
  16. Yogurt 2 teaspoon
  17. Breadcrumbs two cup
  18. Egg whole beatn one large
  19. Oil for fry

Instructions

  1. Drain the keema very well
  2. Hit a pan add some oil fry onion till translucent.
  3. Add the lamb keema, Fry them till the rawness disappear.
  4. Add coconut paste,ginger garlic paste
  5. Add salt,red chilli powder, turmeric,garam masala powder keep sauteing till everything cooked well
  6. Keep aside & let it cool down
  7. In a bowl add the cooked lamb keema, coconut milk,add green chillies mustard powder yogurt, cilantro,rice,salt flour mix well
  8. Add Garam Masala if needed
  9. Beat the egg very well & add it to the mixture
  10. Now shape the cutlet not make it too thin or too big
  11. Roll them lightly in bread crumbs
  12. Refrigerate them for halt an hour to one hour
  13. Heat onough oil to shallow fry the cutlets
  14. Fry each side 4minutes till golden
  15. Serve hot with mayonnaise or cilantro mint chutney
