Ingredients to make Cake

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • oil
  • 1 tea spoon baking powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • Dry fruits

How to make Cake

  1. TAKE 1 CUP SUGAR AND 1 EGG IN A BOWL AND MIX WELL UNTIL SUGAR MELTED.
  2. TAKE 1 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR AND 1 TEA SPOON BAKING POWDER. MIX WELL
  3. ADD ALL DRY FRUITS
  4. ADD EGG AND SUGAR MIXTURE TO THE FLOUR MIXTURE
  5. NOW ADD 1 CUP MILK AND STIR WITH SPATULA TILL IT BECOME SMOOTH.
  6. WHEN IT BECOME SMOOTH IT WILL READY FOR COOKING
  7. GREASE SOME OIL IN A BOWL AND POUR THE MIXTURE
  8. PREHEATED THE COOKER AND PLACE THE BOWL. REMOVE THE GASKET AND WHISTLE FROM THE LID OF COOKER.
  9. COOK THE CAKE FOR 20 -25 MINUTES IN LOW FLAME
  10. WHEN THE TOP BECOME GOLDEN , INSERT A TOOTH PICK IN THE CENTER OF THE CAKE, IF IT COME OUT CLEAR THEN THE CAKE IS PREPARED.
  11. CAKE IS READY FOR SERVE.
