ABOUT Fruity Papaya Buttermilk Oat Smoothie RECIPE

One of my favourite easy on-the-go breakfasts inspired an Instagram smoothie with papaya yogurt and flax seeds.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 cups ripe papaya
  2. 5 Strawberries
  3. 1 heaped tbsp Oats {or oatmeal}
  4. 400ml cultured buttermilk
  5. 6-8 almonds
  6. 1-2 tsp Brown sugar if required
  7. 4-5 Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add everything in a blender and blend till smooth. Serve by pouring in serving glasses.
