ABOUT Green Smoothie RECIPE

A smoothie (occasionally spelled smoothee or smoothy) is a thick, cold beverage made from pureed raw fruit, and sometimes vegetables. Here I am presenting my own and innovative Smoothie recipe. This smoothie is very healthy. And combination of veggies and fruits.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. A) For smoothie
  2. 1 cup cucumber
  3. 1/2 cup avocado
  4. 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  5. 1 cup Spinach
  6. Handful Mint leaves
  7. 1 lemon Juice
  8. 1/2 tsp peeled fresh ginger
  9. 2 tbsp shredded coconut
  10. Water as require
  11. B) for garnishing
  12. 2-3 slice of cucumber

Instructions

  1. First take a mixture jar.
  2. Now add spinach, mints, pineapple, avocado, cucumber, lemon juice, ginger, shredded coconut and add water.
  3. Blend it well.
  4. Make sure mixture should be thick and smooth and fluffy.
  5. Take it in one bowl.
  6. And serve it.
  7. Garnish it with cucumber slice for attractive look.
