ABOUT Instant Mango Mint Sorbet RECIPE

This amazing mango mint Sorbet can be made instantly with just a few ingredients. It is little tangy, sweet and creamy in texture.

Ingredients Serving: 4

Ripe Sweet Mangoes - 2 peeled and cubed
Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 5-6 tbsp or adjust as per taste
Mint - 6-7 leaves

Instructions

Chop mangoes and put them in a ziploc bag. Freeze them till they are frozen hard.
Put them in a blender, add in lemon juice, mint and sugar. Grind them till they are pureed, they would be thick and creamy like a icecream.
Scoop them into bowls and serve immediately or just transfer them to a container and freeze them for 30 minutes before serving.
