ABOUT Lemon Iced Tea RECIPE

The most refreshing and the coolest drink in summers. It is one of the healthiest drinks, drinking a glass of iced tea during the day can take care of most of our problems. Iced tea is rich in vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants that keep a check on the calories consumed during the day.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Water - 2 cups
  2. Sugar - 4 tsp (You can take more if you like more sweetness in your iced tea)
  3. Lemon juice (1 tsp)
  4. Wedges of lemon
  5. Mint leaves - 4 to 5 
  6. Tea leaves - 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Take a pan, add water and sugar in it. Let it boil.
  2. Take a glass, add mint leaves. Put lemon wedges.
  3. Add lemon juice.
  4. Now in the pan add tea leaves and wait for one boil.
  5. Strain it and let it cool for 10 minutes.
  6. Then in the glass add ice cubes and pour the tea.
  7. Again add some more lemon juice if you want it to be more tangy.
  8. Serve it chilled.
