Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Frsh green coconut water 400 millilitres
  2. Cucumber 1 big size
  3. Mint leaves 2 tablespoons
  4. Lemon juice 2 tablespoons
  5. Black salt 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel cucumber
  2. Wash and clean mint leaves
  3. Grind cucumber slices and mint leaves in a mixer
  4. Add this paste into coconut water
  5. Add salt
  6. Add lemon juice
  7. Add ice cubes
  8. Serve chilled
