About Coconut pan ladoo Recipe

This is good for sweet tooth in pan flavour fill with gulakand and dry fruits.

Coconut pan ladoo

Ingredients to make Coconut pan ladoo

  • 150 gm designated coconut
  • 150 gm khoya
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 1/4 c water
  • 2 tbsp gulkand
  • 2 tbsp chopped almonds, cashew
  • 2 betel leaf
  • 1 tbsp dry pan masala
  • Few drop green colour

How to make Coconut pan ladoo

  1. First mix sugar and water. Cook till sugar dissolves.
  2. Now mix khoya, coconut and cook till it's leave sides of pan.
  3. Grind betel leaf and mix this with coconut mixture. Add few drop of green colour also.
  4. Now mix gulkand, dry pan and dryfruits for filling.
  5. Take mixture and fill with filling and make ladoo.

My Tip:

If u feel that mixture is dry ladoo is not making add little milk from spoon.
