A very innovative laddu, super yum in taste, must try out, takes very less time to cook

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Ripe banana 5
  2. Sugar 3/4th cup
  3. Desi ghee 1 big spoon
  4. Dry dessicated coconut powder just enough to roll laddu's
  5. Almonds chopped 3-4tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Take a non-stick pan, using masher, mash the ripe banana's
  2. Cook for few minutes
  3. Add sugar
  4. Mix well, till it melts
  5. Cook for sometime on sim flame
  6. Take a spoon of desi ghee
  7. Put inside the pan
  8. Cook till ghee seperates
  9. Take out in a glass borosil bowl, put some chopped almonds on top
  10. Can eat as halwa also, or can roll in coconut after making a ball, in the form of laddu
  11. Serve decorated
