ABOUT Raw Mango Pulao RECIPE

Using left over boiled rice & raw mangoes, this dish is super yummy.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2 cup boiled rice
  2. 1 tbsp refined oil
  3. 1-2 dry red chillies
  4. 1 green chilli
  5. 1 tsp Mustard seed
  6. 1 raw mango chopped
  7. Heeng - as per taste
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Roasted cumin seeds to garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add dry red chillies, mustard seeds and heeng.
  3. Now add green chilli, chopped raw mangoes, curry leaves and saute for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Now add boiled rice, salt and toss well. Sprinkle a little water in the pan and toss again for 1 minute.
  5. Garnish with roasted cumin seeds and enjoy the pulao!
