About Coconut panna cotta with mango curd Recipe

This creamy coconut panna cotta is a perfect summery dessert ,set by agar agar and served with mango curd. It is a very delicious and eye-catching treat.

Ingredients to make Coconut panna cotta with mango curd

  • For coconut panna cotta:-
  • 3cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup thick cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar or to taste
  • 1 tbsp Agar agar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Few drops of vanilla Essence
  • For mango curd:-
  • 2cup mango pieces
  • 2tbsp curd
  • 2tbsp sugar
  • Few fresh mint leaves for garnish

How to make Coconut panna cotta with mango curd

  1. On medium flame in a pan dissolve agar agar by adding water.
  2. When it completely dissolve then add coconut milk, thick cream and vanilla essence.
  3. Mix it .
  4. Add sugar and mix it until it dissolve completely .
  5. Simmer it for 3-5 minutes. Consistency will be semi liquid.
  6. Off the flame and pour it in mould. I used here cupcake moulds.
  7. Place the moulds in fridge to set for minimum 2-3 hours.
  8. Prepairing mango curd:-
  9. In a mixing jar add mango pieces, curd and sugar.
  10. In a food processor blend it in thick puree and strain it.
  11. Serving coconut panna cotta :-
  12. Unmould coconut panna cotta onto a dish and serve together mango curd.
  13. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
