Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. marie biscuits-200 gm
  2. cocoa powder-2 tbsp
  3. chocolate syrup-2 tbsp
  4. powdered sugar- 8 tbsp
  5. milk- 7 tbsp
  6. butter-4 tbsp
  7. coconut powder-100 gm


  1. Take the marie biscuits and cut into small pieces. In the mixer-grinder make a fine powder.
  2. Take a bowl add biscuits powder, cocoa powder, chocolate syrup, 4 tbsp powdered sugar,2 tbsp butter and mix well all the ingredients by adding 6 tbsp milk. knead the dough.
  3. To make coconut dough take a bowl and add the dry coconut powder,3 tbsp powdered sugar,2 tbsp butter and knead the dough with the help of 1 tsp. of milk.
  4. Take a big size of aluminum foil greased with butter. put chocolate dough on the aluminum foil. close with the plastic sheet and roll the dough with the help of rolling pin.put a layer of coconut dough upon chocolate layer.
  5. now remove the plastic sheet and carefully roll as tight as possible
  6. take the rolled chocolate coconut into a plate and keep it in refrigerator for atleast two hours to set
  7. now remove the aluminium foil from the roll after taking it out from the refrigerator and cut ir into small pieces and serve chilled
