ABOUT Quick Salad RECIPE

Fresh veggies in mayonnaise.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 medium sized onion
  2. 1 medium sized tomato
  3. 1 medium sized cucumber
  4. 1 medium sized carrot
  5. 1 medium sized capsicum
  6. 1 smal l sized cabbage
  7. 1 cup Boiled corns
  8. 1 cup moong daal sprouts
  9. 1 tsp lemon juice
  10. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  11. 1 tsp Oregano
  12. 1 tsp olive oil
  13. 1 tsp vinegar
  14. salt to taste
  15. coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Chop all the veggies.
  2. Mix in a bowl.
  3. Add lemon juice, mayonnaise, black pepper and mix.
  4. Add olive oil, vinegar, oregano and salt.
  5. Mix all d ingredients properly.
  6. Garnish with oregano and coriander leaves.
