ABOUT Chocolate Truffles RECIPE

A chocolate confectionery so rich and heavenly they simply melt in your mouth!

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 300g Dark Chocolate
  2. 1/2 cup Heavy cream
  3. 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  4. 1/2 cup Nuts (Almonds cashews pistachios) toasted and chopped
  5. 1/4 cup Brandy(optional)
  6. 3 1/2 tbsp butter
  7. 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Melt the 300g chocolate and butter in a microwave.
  2. Heat the cream and honey in a saucepan. Remove from heat and add this into the chocolate mixture.
  3. With a rubber spatula blend this well into a creamy and smooth mixture.
  4. Add in the brandy and combine well.Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  5. Make balls from the truffle batter and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate overnight.
  6. Roll the truffle balls in crushed nuts and cocoa powder.
  7. Serve or refrigerate before serving.
