Instructions

  1. SIEVE 1 CUP FLOUR INTO A BOWL, ADD 1/2 TSP BAKING SODA, 1/4 CUP SUGAR, MIX WELL
  2. MELT 50 GMS BUTTER, ADD 1/2 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR, SAUTE UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN
  3. ADD 1 CUP EACH OF MILK & WATER, STIR CONTINUOUSLY TO AVOID LUMPS
  4. ADD 1/2 CUP CONDENSED MILK, MIX & TAKE OFF HEAT
  5. COVER A GLASS WITH A ZIP-LOCK BAG, FILL IN THE COOLED FLOUR MIX
  6. PIPE PROFITEROLES OF THE FLOUR MIX ON A PLASTIC SHEET LIKE THIS WITH THE FILLED UP CONE
  7. REFRIGERATE FOR 1 HOUR
  8. TRANSFER TO A BAKING DISH, BAKE IN A PREHEATED OVEN AT 180 DEGREES FOR 15 MINS
  9. PRICK HOLES IN THE PROFITEROLES, FILL WITH CHOCOLATE SAUCE, SET ASIDE
  10. MELT 1 CUP SUGAR
  11. KEEP STIRRING ON LOW- MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL MELTED, TAKE OFF HEAT
  12. MAKE A CYLINDRICAL BROWN PAPER CONE, STICK THE READY PROFITEROLES ON IT WITH THE STICKY SUGAR SYRUP
