Triple Chocolate Mug Cake

Ingredients to make Triple Chocolate Mug Cake

  • ¼ cup whole wheat flour or cake flour or all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp Brown sugar
  • ¼ cup Cocoa Powder
  • ¼ cup + 1 tbsp whole milk
  • ¼ tsp coffee powder
  • ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil / unsalted butter
  • A pinch of salt
  • ⅛ tsp baking powder
  • 2 squares of milk chocolate
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tbsp well-beaten egg

How to make Triple Chocolate Mug Cake

  1. Melt the butter and chocolate chips in a microwave safe mug. Give it a quick stir.
  2. Add to it flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, egg, vanilla extract, coffee powder, milk and salt. Stir until well combined.
  3. Just roughly break the chocolate squares and add it on top. Don't stir after that.
  4. Pop it in the microwave for 1min and 30 sec. Let the cake sit for 5min.
  5. Add a scoop of vanilla ice-cream on top.
  6. Serve immediately. Enjoy!!
