Pan Rabri

Ingredients to make Pan Rabri

  • Milk 1 litre
  • almonds 1 tablespoon
  • cardamom powder ½ teaspoon
  • Bettle leaves chopped 2
  • Pan essence 2-3 drops
  • sugar as required

How to make Pan Rabri

  1. Bring the milk to boil
  2. Once the layer of foam develops, with a saputla move it to the rim of the pan.
  3. Repeat the process.
  4. After 20 minutes of boiling milk add sugar, cardamom powder, pan leaves and pan essence and boil till reduced to 3/4
  5. Transfer it to a bowl
  6. Serve.
