Dry Chicken

Ingredients to make Dry Chicken

  • chicken 500 gms
  • curd 200 gms
  • Ging-garlic paste 2tbsp
  • coriander powder 3tbsp
  • RedchillI powder 2tbsp
  • jeera powder 1tbsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tbsp
  • turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • salt
  • oil 3tbsp
  • coriander and mint leaves
  • lemon juice
  • Garam masala 1tsp

How to make Dry Chicken

  1. Clean your chicken and marinate with curd. coriander, mint leaves and leave for 1hour.
  2. In wok add oil add Coriander powder, jeera, black pepper, turmeric, garam masala, red chilly and saute for 2 minutes.
  3. Now add ginger-garlic paste and saute for a minute, add only chicken without adding the marinate.
  4. Saute on high flame for 2 minutes and add marinate,cook till chicken turns tender. Finally add lemon juice and serve.
