This recipe is very easy to make and very delicious in taste . Butter garlic takes this recipe to another level .

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 7-8 baby potatoes
  2. 3 tbsp salted butter
  3. 3-4 garlic cloves finely chopped
  4. 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
  5. 2 tsp black pepper powder
  6. 1/4 cup Parsley stems finely chopped
  7. salt as per taste
  8. oil / butter for greasing

Instructions

  1. First in a large pot take washed baby potatoes .Add water and 1 tsp salt . Bring to the boil , Cover it and cook until just fork tender . Drain well .
  2. Now take a baking sheet and grease it well with oil or butter . Arrange the potatoes on baking sheet and gently press with fork.
  3. Repeat this process with all potatoes .
  4. Now in a pan take butter and melt it . When butter starts melting add garlic cloves , Now add chopped parsley stems . Turn off the burner .
  5. Pour this butter over the each potato . Sprinkle some salt and black pepper too .
  6. Preheat the oven to broil setting at 180-200 °c . Put baking sheets into the oven . Broil it until potatoes becomes golden and crispy .
  7. Take out from oven and sprinkle some parmesan cheese and put again into the oven until cheese is melted .
  8. Butter garlic parmesan smashed potatoes are ready to serve . Sprinkle more black pepper too . Serve hot .
