ABOUT Ginger lemon cupcakes RECIPE

This is my innovative recipe of muffin cupcakes with lemon jest ginger and lots of butter

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 cup whole wheat flour
  2. 2 tsblespoons refined flour
  3. 150 gram butter
  4. 2 teaspoon oil
  5. !/2 cup milk
  6. 200 gram condensed milk
  7. 2 tablespoon powdered sugar
  8. 1 teaspoon baking soda
  9. 2 tablespoon grated ginger
  10. 1 cup sugar syrup
  11. 1 lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Mix both the flours in a pot
  2. Add condensed milk and butter
  3. Add milk and oil
  4. Add powered sugar
  5. Mix well
  6. Meanwhile cook grated ginger in sugar syrup for 5 minutes
  7. Then remove in a plate
  8. Add this to cake batter
  9. Add lemon zest in batter
  10. Add baking soda
  11. Fill the batter in greased moulds
  12. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degree for 20 minutes
  13. When perfectly baked sprinkle some ginger flakes and lemon zest above all cupcakes
