Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Rice 2 cups
  2. Butter as required
  3. Cloves 5
  4. Cinnamon 2
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Sugar according to taste
  7. Water required to cook rice
  8. Cardamom powder half spoon
  9. Green food colour
  10. Orange food colour

Instructions

  1. Soak and wash rice.
  2. In a heavy bottom pan add water with required salt. And add rice. Cook
  3. In a pan heat butter
  4. Add cloves and cinnamon.
  5. Now add cooked rice and cardamom powder.
  6. Add sugar and cook it till sugar dissolve.
  7. Mix well and divide this into three parts.
  8. In one part add green food colour.
  9. In second part add orange food colour.
  10. Third part remain same as it is white.
  11. In a plate orange colour rice put top, then white colour rice put middle and green colour rice put bottom.
  12. Serve it.
