Ingredients to make Apple Fries

  • 2 apples(better to opt for green ones)
  • 1 tbsp cornflour
  • oil for frying
  • For Dip - 1 tbsp (Mayonnaise)
  • 1/2 spoon Green coriander chutney
  • Oregano and chili flakes to sprinkle on mayo
  • salt as per taste

How to make Apple Fries

  1. Firstly take Apples peel off their skin and cut them in fries shape.
  2. Now take cornflour and coat them with it and strain the excess of the cornflour.
  3. Take a wok add oil wait till it gets hot now add apples into it
  4. Fry them till they turn golden
  5. Take them out keep them on a(kitchen cloth not on tissue)because it will get stick to it.
  6. Now take a serving plate and place the fried apples andsprinklesalt on it.
  7. For dip- Takemayonnaise add green coriander chutney in and sprinkle oregano andchili flakes on it.Enjoy!!
