An Italian bread with garlic and cheese stuffing

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Floor 200gram
  2. yeast 6gram
  3. Powdered sugar 15gram
  4. salt 4gram
  5. Gluten 4gram
  6. Vegetable fats (GSM) 15gram
  7. Grated cheese 50gram
  8. Finely chopped garlic 40gram
  9. butter 100gram
  10. water (50% of flour) 100ml
  11. Oregano 15gram
  12. chilli flakes 15gram


  1. Measure all the ingredients as per the recipe.
  2. To the yeast and Luke warm water and a pinch of sugar and leave it for flying fermentation.
  3. Sieve flour, gluten and make a bay at the center and sprinkle salt and sugar at the edges and hide it.
  4. Pour the yeast and water and knead the dough well and allow it to proof.
  5. Knock back the dough and divide it into two equal halves.
  6. Roll both the dough separately and apply butter, finely chopped garlic and grated cheese and fold it to make a semicircle.
  7. Apply butter on top and sprinkle Oregano's and chilli flakes.
  8. Now bake it at 200 degree celcius for 20mnts.
