Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. बेbesan....1 1/2 cup
  2. Sour curd....500 grams
  3. Desi ghee....1 table spoon
  4. Whole red chillies...2
  5. Cumin seed......1/2 tea spoon
  6. Fenugreek seeds....1/2 tea spoon
  7. Asafoetida....1 pinch
  8. Coriander powder....1/2 tea spoon
  9. Turmeric powder....1/2 tea spoon
  10. Salt and red chilly powder to taste
  11. Green chillies and coriander leaves for pakodi
  12. Oil to fry pakodis

Instructions

  1. Mix salt, green chilles and chopped coriander leaves in 1 cup besan and make pakoda batter
  2. Heat oil and make pakode from the batter and keep aside
  3. Mix curd and besan and 4 glass of water and make lump free batter
  4. Heat desi ghee and add asafoetida, cumin seeds, whole red chillies, fenugreek seeds, red chilly powder, save half of it for tadka
  5. Add curd batter in half of ghee and let it boil,. add salt and let it boil now add pakode and again let it boil till done
  6. Serve with tadka
