Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Full fat milk 2 litres
  2. Sugar 1/2 kg
  3. Khoya 1/4 kg
  4. Milkmaid 1tin
  5. Almonds 100 grams
  6. Cashews 100 grams
  7. Saffron strands r yellow colour 1pinch
  8. Basmati rice 1 cup
  9. Ghee

Instructions

  1. In a mixer jar add basmati rice and grind it coarsely better pulse it once r twice and then wash and soak it in water
  2. In a wide pan add milk and boil it after it boils add the soaked rice and cook
  3. In between stir it till the rice cooks
  4. After the rice cooks add khoya and then milkmaid and then add sugar
  5. Now add the yellow colour r saffron strands to it
  6. In an other frying pan add ghee and fry the almonds and cashews slivers lightly
  7. Now add fried dry fruits to the milk
  8. Serve it cold
