  1. Ingredients for green chutney
  2. 1cup coriander leaves
  3. 5to6 mint leaves
  4. 2green chilly
  5. 1tea spoon dry pomegranate seeds
  6. 3pieces garlic
  7. 1small piece ginger
  8. 1onion
  9. salt as per taste
  10. Ingredients for red chutney
  11. 2tomatoes
  12. 2pieces of garlic
  13. 2 whole red chilly
  14. salt as per taste
  15. 5to6 curry leaves
  16. 1tea spoon oil
  17. 1/4tea spoon mustard seeds
  18. Ingredients for Coconut Chutney
  19. 1raw coconut
  20. 1/4tea spoon mustard seeds
  21. 2 whole red chilly
  22. 1tea spoon oil


  1. Method for green chutney .
  2. Take a mixer jar add all ingredients of green chutney and blend add little water if need your green chutney is ready
  3. Method for red chutney
  4. Soak red chilly into water for 2to3 mintues
  5. Take a pan add oil heat it add mustard seeds ,chopped tomatoes, garlic, red chilly,and salt and cook for 3to 4 mintues .
  6. Switch off the flame and let it cool down .
  7. Put the mixture into a jar and blend your red chutney is ready
  8. Method for coconut chutney
  9. Remove black skin of coconut cut pieces and grind make a smooth paste .
  10. Take a pan heat it . Add mustard seeds and whole red chilly cook for 5to6seconds . Add coconut paste and cook for 3to4mintues coconut is ready
  11. Enjoy chutney with dosa , parantha or rice
