Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Grated cauliflower 1kg
  2. tomato boiled and chopped 3
  3. Ginger garlic paste 2 teaspoon
  4. green chillies chopped one pinch
  5. freshly grounded cinnamon powder one small stick
  6. freshly grounded cumin seeds one teaspoon
  7. freshly grounded Clove powder 2 pinches
  8. salt to taste
  9. turmeric powder one pinch
  10. pepper powder half teaspoon
  11. chilli powder half teaspoon
  12. green elaichi 2
  13. oil or ghee 3 ~4 tbsp
  14. chopped onions 4
  15. grated paneer 100 gram
  16. coriander leaves 2 tablespoon
  17. For khasta roti
  18. Suji 1 cup
  19. Atta 1/2cup
  20. Sugar 1/4tsp
  21. Ajwain 1/2tsp
  22. Milk 1/2cup


  1. in a pan add oil fry onions and then garlic and Ginger then green chillies
  2. add cauliflower turmeric powder red chilli mix it well and cook for 10 to 12 minute
  3. add one cup of water cook till water dissolve
  4. uncover the pan and cook for 3 minutes on High gas
  5. add tomato salt and Paneer mix well and saute for 3 minute
  6. add freshly grounded masalas black pepper mix well taste and balance
  7. add coriander and serve with khasta roti
  8. for khasta roti put all the ingredients in a parat and make dough using milk
  9. cook it on tawa by applying Desi Ghee on both sides
